Solomon started his working career as a broadcaster in 1970. Five years later he left for the UK for further studies. First degree is in Industrial Management - 1978(UK). He also holds a master’s degree in Public Administration-1986 (Unilag). Solomon worked with the Industrial Training Fund, the apex manpower development organization in the country for about 15 years before he left to join Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited, the Region Office of The Coca-Cola Company here in Nigeria (1994-1999) as the Training & Manpower Development Manager.
At the request of the Nigerian Bottling Company, Solomon was seconded to the Nigerian Bottling Company to support the HR function of the Nigerian Bottling Company by mid February 1999. Here he worked as “Head of Management training”, a portfolio he held until August, 2001 when he resigned his appointment to take on appointment with the Lagos Business. His prowess in consultancy and manpower development is drawn from his very broad training and development exposure over the years having worked in association with ILO expatriates, the Coca-Cola Learning Consortium etc… He is the MD/CEO of SMEEP Consultancy Services.
